The coaching process

  • Pre-consultation questionnaire

    Kickstart your journey by completing the pre-consultation questionnaire.

  • Consultation

    90 minute video call consultation to discuss your diet, lifestyle, health & goals in depth.

  • Subscription sign up

    Registration for 1-1 coaching checking in on a weekly basis. There are no time restrictions eg. 6/8 week plans, however, a minimum sign up of 2 months is required.
